Loser is allowed to mulligan 5 truths (i.e not answer them, but must answer another, or do a punishment for each one)

winner can blackmail loser with that info i he/she wishes for 1 month, and will set release conditions. If they are met before the month is over, loser is free and winner deletes in info.
