1. Worse one I gave... hmmm.. probably has to do with making a man edge on his tip toes for around an hour. Each time he rested down he had to restart the edge. It was a low number but the tip toes made it go on for a while. He also had nipple clamps on the whole time. His whining was very amusing to me.
2. Worst one given to me was corner time, I had to put my nose against the wall which fucked with my eyes and made it impossible to distract myself. I was there for over an hour.

I'm not sure. I don't wear glasses or have vision issues most of the time so it was odd and terrifying, but always happens in those conditions. It is hard to deal with because it lasts wellllll after it!
