You will need a donut and cling film.
Wrap the cling film over the toilet seat so that there's a firm layer covering everything.
Position the donut in the middle of the cling film and cut a hole as big as the middle of the donut.
Now stand in front of the toilet and piss in it.
You better hit well, because you'll eat the donut afterwards.

Next 5 times you have to pee, you'll have to do it in 30 seconds, with your undies on, while doing one of these wedgies ^^

For the next week while at home at least you must pee while on all fours and can't do it in the bathroom

Next time you pee near bedtime, go onto your bed, get naked and pee legs over head aiming for your mouth. Swallow it all. Being on your bed should encourage you to hit your target so you’re not forced to sleep in a wet bed

For the next 2 days you are not allowed to use your hands to control your pee. You must also pee with your eyes closed

For the next week, you need to include asparagus in your meals. And once a day each week, you must drink at least one cup of piss.

Whenever you shower this week you need to pee 5 seconds over the drain

Dress in your favourite outfit. Drink a couple of pints of water and wait until you need to pee. You are to get on all fours in the bath and pee staying like that

For the next week, you must piss onto your hands before it goes down the drain.

Do this tomorrow morning when you wake up, right before your morning piss:

1. Grab a pair of socks and tuck one sock into the other (like, put one sock over your hand, then pull the other sock over that one so it's like a single double-layer sock).

2. Put the opening of the sock(s) over the head of your penis and piss into them (like you would if you were pissing into a water balloon. However, unlike a water balloon, there will be leakage! The location in which you do this is up to you).

3. Put the socks on - these will be the socks you wear all day today! (You may wring them out some before putting them on if you wish, but no rinsing or cleaning them).
