As others have pointed out, the reduction tasks could help a great deal. I am, however, going to add another cumulative task to help because, cruel as I am, I like to think I am capable of being nice. You can reduce by a month for every week in which you support someone else at work every day and let them have the credit for any good ideas.

I vote fix a sensible but long tome and then use blog etc to reduce or add if you fail task
