Agh!! 6 months of hanging wedgies!

If anyone is wondering how I do hanging wedgies, I hang from a pull up bar. My feet are way off the ground.

Maybe you could be hanging and do the nipple clamps at the same time? You’ll be less focused on pain in one area hahaha!
