Started day with the 10-minute ice bath. Then filled a ziplock with ice. Wrapped ice in a bandana for 40 swinging bows. High-impact start to the day's busting.

Later, 200 (took reduction here, thanks Miss Emmyred) for peeking at Iheartfun's spoiler (curiosity killed the balls). Used hairbrush (both wood and bristles sides). Left with deep dull ache, throbbing slightly worse on right ball.

Two harsh hits with a spoon,
and one snap with a rubber band.

Because my brother is being a pain my ass and decides to hit a stick against wall at least 30 times or more. I was you to to hit each 30 times with ruler.

Looks like I have been missing out on all the fun here.
