You are to wear a one-piece (pink prefer) and wear it everywhere for a month as underwear. no exceptions

Get your one piece wet and wear it for 7 hours can't remove except to pee and poop until seven hours are up

you will always wear a one piece under your clothes for 1 month straight. you will never remove it unless it is to pee or poop. so you must shower with it as well. no exceptions!!

Go out for a one hour midnight walk in just the one-piece swimsuit. You may hide if a person or car comes by, but you must add another 10 minutes for every time you hide.

i dare you to wear your one piece bathing suit under your clothes for 3 days:p

Go outside for 30 mins in you smallest one piece. Make sure that it is dripping in ice cold water.

wet your one-piece with the coldest water you can tolerate. go outside at night in a secluded area. you are to find a nice cool spot to sit for an hour then you may go back

Person above must put on a bra, pair of panties, and your one piece. You have to go outside and sit in the best place suitable for someone to see you. You may not touch yourself and you have to put a timer for 30 mins. There's no exceptions. You must stay there

Go to a place in the woods, and strip to just a one piece. Get your arms and legs tied (or tie yourself if you must) to a tree for two hours, or if its cold just 30 mins.

wear your swimsuit for the next five days. You may only pull it to the side for pee or poop. Even shower in it :)

Drink 5 glasses of water. Fill your swimsuit with ice. You may not move the swimsuit to pee or poop until all of the ice has melted.

Put on a diaper and then your swimsuit. You're allowed to remove it only one hour after you shirt in it.

Start off the day with 10 ice cubes inside your swimsuit front and back of it (5 each) now keep it on until they melt and then wear clothes on top and go about your day. No changing out of it until the end of the day.
