Yes! Maybe some naked jumping jacks for the loser lol. You could make it more interesting if the winner decides something to write on the loser.

It's not a good idea, too much drink can make you more likely to lose the game lol. It also makes you more easily accept a difficult bet.

Mostly online, but I have done them in real life too. Usually with friends, while drinking though.
