Next time you want to pee, send a PM to someone, asking them if you can.
If the say no, wait half a hour and send a PM to someone else.
If they don't reply in 10 mins, you may ask someone else.

The person may specify how you may pee.

If you ask 5 people, and they all say no, wait another half hour, and then you are allowed to pee
