Go out to eat in a permanent wedgie. Whatever you order half you may eat but the other half goes down the back of your panties and gets re wedged. Now walk home from where you got food at( if it’s too far drive to a park and walk around for at least 30 mins). When you get home you must watch an episode of your favorite tv show before your allowed to clean yourself up and undo your permanent wedgie let me know how it goes
