If you've no 'enforcer' this is what to do. You should have a lockable suitcase or similar. Next, order a kitchensafe (ksafe). Then when it arrives you put all your shoes, socks etc. in the suitcase and the suitcase key in the ksafe locked inaccessible for 10 days. Should ground you nicely,
