Does Depp get Privileges

Since Depp is the creator of this site, can you/he break his own rules and not get banned? Does/do he/you get to have stuff lower than 16 characters?

I can do whatever I want but I try to set a good example. If I always acted like a cock and constantly acted like an idiot I doubt people would want to visit. It would be dumb for me to shit up my own site.
Occasionally I screw up in my administration of getDare but I try to learn from those mistakes. If you want to know if I have special privileges, the answer is YES.
