Deny me with exercise 🏋️

Hello this is my deny me with exercise blog from my thread! I’m going to try and update here as often as I can

For anyone who didn’t follow the thread starting today (January 1st 2021) I am going into denial until I finish the exercises listed below. Once I’ve finished all the exercises I’ve got another 70 days of denial added on for punishment for not replying to everyone.

Exercises are:
  1. Jumping Jacks - 1340
  2. Push ups - 1320
  3. Crunches - 1280
  4. Squats - 1400
  5. Bicep curls - 1500
  6. Sit ups - 1300
  7. Lunges - 1340
  8. Run - 13 hours 35 minutes

Rules:
  1. All exercises will be done naked (apart from the running where I’ll just have leggings/shorts and a gym top - no underwear)
  2. All exercises will be done with a butt plug in
  3. I can take as long as I want to finish the exercises but the longer I take the longer I’m denied
  4. I can exchange an extra day of denial (the extra 70 added) for another dare or punishment if I wish to ask for one to exchange
  5. If I orgasm I’ll start all the exercises again from 0
  6. just to keep me more horny than necessary im going to be watching porn everyday whilst im denied - if you want me to watch anything in particular PM me a link and I will
