Back in high school I used to always wear rubber bands around my wrist. I liked always being ready to shoot someone and fiddled with the things constantly to defeat my school induced boredom. I'm developing some new sites and have been having a hell of a time with Google Chrome. I expect trouble from IE, but Chrome?

Every major browser now supports @font-face. Not Chrome. Interestingly Safari, a browser based on the same engine, has done this for quite a while now. Even IE has supported @font-face since IE6! It's been supported in the Chrome betas since January but after 6-7 months it is still nowhere to be seen.

I've been posting too many feature threads so I thought I might blog this one.

From now on the icon of threads in the Slave/Master section will be the sex of the poster. This should hopefully make browsing a little bit easier and pretty. As new threads are posted the section should start getting filled and look a lot nicer.

I would have never got the idea if I had not added all those spiffy icons

The coolest part of the upgrade to me has been the addition of picture albums to user profiles. I love surfing profiles and seeing the pics people post. It's always fun to see what people come up with.

Make yourself more interesting and upload some pretty pictures! Plus, I get sad when I see the picture moderation queue empty.

This website has a cool algorithm that was the result of a university research project whose goal was to evaluate the gender of an author. It's not 100% accurate but with larger amounts of text it gets scary close most of the time.
