This is more of a list to keep track of everything I need to do on a daily or weekly basis, but I'm happy to share it with y'all!

Permanent-- Always wear chastity, even when not staying chaste. If there's no set time, I can remove it for any reason, so long as it goes back on after. (Masturbation, showering, sex, ect.)
