Looking for ways to ground, center, and/or reset myself. My usual method (scenes) is not available and meditation/asmr/hypnosis dont really help. Advice?

    Hold ice in your hands until you can't stand the pain any longer. It is an effective tool that has prevented me from self harm in the past.
