Since my co-dom, Dr. Dom (formerly Dominantbritmale), is leaving getDare for a little while, I have decided that I need to recruit somebody to fill his tutu in his absence.
Luckily, MastersVoice, has volunteered as tribute.
After he ran over to welshland to pick up the tutu from DBM, I added a whole jar full of glitter and the tutu was ready for its interim wearer.

I try my hardest to help others. I like to put my name and contact information out there so that others know, when they have an issue, they can come to me.
I like to be open about the things that I have been through: self harm, grief, anxiety, pain, etc. so that people know that they aren't alone.
Whether you are somebody I have known forever, or we just met, I am very likely to say "please let me know if I can help" or "If you need to talk, you know where...

This past weekend I went to the mountains with my two best friends. The mountains are my happy place! Look at this view from the airbnb we stayed at:
We spent Friday at a Nordic Spa: saunas, steam rooms, hot and cold pools. All outdoors with a crisp (it was about -4c) mountain view. Afterwards we played Drunken Jenga and got totally trashed.

I had a wonderful weekend away with my besties and I came home feeling positive, inspired and ready to blog about a completely different topic.

As I am writing this, I am feeling grumpy, sad, tired, anxious, nervous, frustrated, scared, and just bleh in general. It has been a rough few months ... hell a rough year.
