Ownership

01) Fully accept that you are consensually owned by your Master.
But show your Mistress the same respect, even in disagreement or distress, as you would show to your Master.
02) Remember that you are a well trained pet (Dog).
Good dogs are obedient. Obey all rules, tasks, and instructions, within established hard limits (which are always respected). If there are any concerns about limits, bring them up respectfully for discussion. Otherwise, don’t think, don’t worry, just obey.
03) Always wear at least one visible mark of ownership.
Your pubic hair is one of these marks and you are absolutely forbidden to shave / trim or alter it in any way.

Self Care

04) Always take good care of your Masters property.
Each day you will take your birth control pills on time, eat three healthy meals, drink enough water, get enough sleep and get some exercise to stay fit. Once a month you will have a professional massage to relieve stress.
05) Keep yourself clean.
Especially after using the toilet. Have a shower every day and a bath every week.

Submission / Punishment

06) Be grateful and happy in your submission.
This is what you've always wanted, you have asked for this and chosen this way of life.
07) Every morning and evening you will offer yourself for inspection.
Monday - Friday at 6am and 8pm
Saturday and Sunday / on holidays and during vacation at 8am and 8pm.
08) You have no privileges that cannot be taken away.
Every thing considered as "human" is a privilege.

09) You have no privacy from your Master or your Mistress.
10) Your body do not belong to you.
You can be used however, whenever and wherever your Master decide. Remember, you don't have a hole that can not be penetrated.
11) Your dignity does not belong to you.
You can be humiliated in any way your Master and Mistress choose, as long as it does no harm to you or your relationships with others.
12) Every mess you made on the floor have to be licked up.
No, it doesn't matter what kind of mess you made.
13) If you fail to meet expectations, you will accept whatever punishments your Master decides to give to you.
He would rather have an good pet instead of punishing you.
The punishment will be adequate and fitting your misdemeanour.
14) You will not touch the tools needed for your punishment with your hands.
Carry them with your mouth, like a dog would.
15) You will be thankful after being punished.
Master only has the best for you in mind.

Orgasms / Edging / Denial

VOID 16) You will not cum without your Masters permission.
Always remember that your orgasms do not belong to you. They are for your Masters amusement only.
Mistress has no interest in your orgasms, so don't annoy her.
VOID 17) A ruined orgasm is still an orgasm.
It doesn't matter if you gained pleasure from it.
If it was allowed you will be thankful, if it wasn't allowed you get punished.
VOID 18) You do not need to cum.
You can put in denial whenever your Master like. Without explanation.
19) You may tell your Owners how desperate you are, but you may not complain.
And you will definitely not ask how long it will be before you will be next allowed to cum.
20) You will edge at least:
- every morning 4 times (Mo - Fr) and 6 times (Sa - Su, holidays and vacation)
- every evening 4 times (Mo - Th) and 6 times (Fr - Su, holidays and vacation)
(not during LOCKtober)
Keep in mind that this is the bare minimum. There is always room for more, but not for less.
21) Every year you will participate in LOCKtober and NOvember.
In LOCKtober you will spend your days in chastity, except for a maximum of 15 minutes per day to get proper washed. You won't touch yourself in any sexual manner.
In NOvember you will make up for the edges you missed during LOCKtober. No cumming.
22) When in chastity you will always have your emergency key near by.
You will keep it in the sealed envelope and show this envelope every time requested, at least every morning and evening.

Anal Training

23) Your anus is your primary fuckhole.
24) Monday, Wednesday, Friday and Weekends are "big enema"-days for you.
You will get your bowels filled as much as you comfortably can to keep yourself clean inside. When receiving an enema, look at yourself in the mirror. Hold it in as long as you comfortably can.
25) You will wear your butt-plug-tail in the presence of your Owners.
26) You will wear a plug of your Masters choice when you leave the house.
NEVER leave the house without something in your ass. It doesn't matter where you go.
27) Every day you will do at least 30 minutes anal meditation.
You will sit on the cone to center your awareness on your ass and your submission. During LOCKtober you will use the biggest one you can fit through the hole in your chastity belt.

Clothing

28) You are not allowed to wear any clothes at home without permission.
29) You are not allowed to wear bras at all, or panties without permission.
If you want or need to wear panties, ask your Master the day before. Give good reason for this unnecessary need.
30) You will wear a skirt or dress, keeping your holes uncovered, unless you have permission to wear something else or is necessary for warmth.
31) You are not allowed to cross your legs or allow your knees to touch (except when sleeping) unless you have permission.
32) When sitting, you will pull your skirt up so that you are sitting on your bare ass.
In public you will do this only when you can do so without inappropriately exposing yourself.

Posture (in private)

33) You are a dog, behave like one.
This means you will stay on all fours most of the time. Standing and walking will be limited to exceptional cases.
34) When your Owners return home you will sit at the door and greet them.
35) Dinner will be eaten from a bowl or plate on the floor, without using your hands.
36) You will sleep in your doghouse in the dungeon, unless otherwise instructed.
The bed in the dungeon is NOT your sleeping place. If you are invited to the bedroom you will sleep in your doggy bed.

Posture (in public)

37) You will not embarrass your Owners by behaving inappropriately.
38) When talking with others you will keep your head down.
39) When walking you will always walk half a step behind your Master.
If Mistress walks behind him you will walk behind her.
40) When sitting somewhere and your Master enters the room you will stand up.
Then you will greet him and wait till he sits down before sitting down next to him.
