The Judges have sat and agreed the following:
1. 4 days locked 24/7 in chastity when HIM comes back home next time.
2. Allow the Judges to monitor internet use and access.
3. 40 punishment cane strokes To be administered by K under the supervision of Mistress D

Everybody has their own way of dealing with stress. Some people handle it in a very healthy way; running, kickboxing, listening to music, taking a bubble bath, talking it out. But for other people, they find unhealthy ways to cope with their stress; smoking, overeating, drinking.
