Delineation Self-diagnosis results

Just finally put the small effort in to answer a self-diagnosis questionnaire. For the German-capable among you, here is the link.
It's about delineation (the German word "Abgrenzung" is what I mean), the idea at the very root we are hindered most by not executing our natural basic to think, feel, and live in our own space and responsibility, because at a past point, childhood or trauma, we learned or picked up to let others break into our personal space without barking and fending them off, or/and vice versa.
As results, I got A 17, B 21, C 15, D 14, E 15, and F 7. Which means, I am pretty mediocre at my independence and autonomy regarding noticing and caring for my own thoughts and feelings, not getting too much into other people's heads and heart and mixing it up for mine, or caring more for theirs than for my own, and healthy agression, fending others off offending my personal territory. On the other hand, I still compensate by dissociating from others, and dominating them. I judged myself to harm myself only little which I think is a progress. I think that one was a bigger personal issue for me in the past in which I have developed forward.
My next target is too work on the dissociation compensation. Pulling back in my dominance is for later. I find that I still have a hard time loving myself, and even recognizing how much the people around me appreciate me. Tough job to learn that.
