2021 Rules

So in typical new year fashion I have decided on making it my goal to get back into shape and lose some weight. One injury followed by a pandemic equals the need to get back into shape!

I joined a new gym and talked with a trainer about a nutrition plan! So i thought the next step was accountability and why not have some fun with that! I decided that blogging here and maybe having some rules and incentives here would help with my journey!

I will chart here weekly about my weight loss and if I have hit my fitness goals for the week!


My first goal is to lose 15 pounds!!


Rules:
So far:
Meal plan is set up!
Gym class at least 3x a week
Walk/run at least 2x a week
10,000 steps per day - for every 250 short = 1 edge
If I lose 2 pounds or more a week i earn an orgasm if not i am denied until i reach that weekly goal

    I like the idea tying your steps to edging... I might have to think about that or something similar myself. Anyways, good luck to you, and I hope you stay healthy and reach your goals this year!
