I cheated on my diet today, and I promised a friend that whenever I did, I would post on here and ask for a punishment. If you want the whole story it's in my blog listed in my sig. But, I had one of those little twix out of a candy bowl at work today. So lay it on me. This will be my first dare accepted here. What do I need to do?
