Use random.org and set your random number to that range, set the metronome to your roll.

I rolled:
odd, toothpaste
392 times per minute
5, face down ass up
1, 400 times
5, all the way in, then all the way out

The toothpaste along with the speed was pretty rough, and I had to use my wooden wiffle ball sized club to go that fast. (it has a leather strap on the handle so you can basically flick your wrist back and forth)

I took all the above positions to mean I had to do 160 strokes in each position totaling 800 stokes all together.
