I tend to see myself as a more caring dom. I set rules, which are to be followed, if they're not, then the sub would be disciplined. I'm not bothered by nationality, all time zones can be worked with, although, of coarse, the closer to mine, the better, mine being the standard GMT, however, all subs must have a good understanding of english, if we can't comunicate, how will this work at all?
