Prepare yourself with a timing device - as simple as possible
like a key in ice, a pocket knife or scissors in a can filled with
ice, and some extra way out if the method isn't fool proof,
like a friend to meet you up at the place in a time far from
when you are supposed to got out of your bond.

Choose a place enough public to make the dare exciting.

Then take some hand cuffs or rope that can be safely tied
to let the blood run freely but still restrains your wrists and
movements of your hands.

Free some of your clothes and put a gag in your mouth -
a ball or ring gag with a rope attached around your neck.

How much clothes you loose depends on the place and
time you decided to use for the dare. It can be the shoes,
all the buttons opened in your shirt and no clothes beneath,
an open zipper and open belt, and if really dary, all nude...

When done, reach behind your back in a standing position
with the hand cuffs or rope and connect your wrists around
some metal fence or pole, and then wait for your key, knife,
or scissors to be released by the timing device, so you can
free your hands and get dressed and take off the gag.

You can add to the excitement by applying clamps to your
sensitive spots or use a vibe...

Tip: If you cant freeze it, put it in boiling water, inside a heat safe container. Then you have to wait for it to cool down.

Ive done this once gagged, and a few times un-gagged
I have a timed delay padlock.
