When I have played in real life in the past what we have done is played any relatively game that divides nicely into rounds or a game that is short (card games, computer games work well). At the end of each round/game, the loser picks a playing card at random from a pack and does the corresponding dare on the list below. That card is then discarded so the same dare doesn't come up twice. Hope the list below is of use - its the only one I have saved and was used for an all-male (probably all gay or bi) group, but can easily be adapted.
SPADES
