I feel terrible about this, however I can't tell him, so I figured that if I punish myself that will sort of balance it out. However I can't think of anything suitable enough.
Some suggestions would be great.
My only limit is permanent damage, anything else goes.
The more extreme and humiliating for me the better, I will provide pics if prrof is needed, or if it is part of the punishement etc.
