Punishment fot avoid exercises

Please, can you punish me for such laziness?
I didn't do much exercises for a while and I must take a punishment for this and also a workout and sleeping rules for the following time with even more cruel punishment for looses. I will appreciate for any rules and will write report for your dares.

Ok, here's what you will do. You will run/walk three miles wearing shoes without socks. The blisters will remind you what you get when you don't exercise. You will set your alarm for two hours earlier than usual and when you wake up you will listen to a hypnosis file (I'm sure you can find one online) to make you better at exercising. You will make a schedule time that you will exercise everyday and if you don't you will give yourself one paddling per minute that you missed. I want to hear all about how it went!
