I first rolled
2 Butt plug inserted - if it comes out then 5 mins extra

but I don't have a butt plug, and I am not very much into that.
I decided to reroll and got:

6 Wear 20 clothespegs/clothespins on your face, nipples and genitals

Fair enough.

I undressed and got the 20 clothepegs. I put three on each nipple,
6 on my balls (2 in the middle and 2 on each side), 2 on my penis (was
having an erection), 4 on my lips (2 above and 2 below), 2 on my
ears and 2 below the chin.

I knelt down with each knee touching one wall and set the timer of my
phone to 22 minutes, leaving the phone on the floor between my legs.
I then put on the blindfold and tied the cuffs behind my bag. Ready to
start!

I tried lowering my bottom to the ankles but the pain on my knees was
excruciating, so I ended up raising my bottom. I tried a few times,
but didn't hold for too long. Meanwhile the pain on my nipples and
other was building up and saliva was drifting out of my mouth. At
some point, one of the clothepegs on my left nipple came out causing
some pain relief, but the sensation that I was failing the dare for
yet another reason. My penis was hurting pretty badly but continued to
me erect for the most part. I was very uncomfortable, but didn't have
much freedom to move around with my hands tied, and was determined to
hold until the timer rang. My resolution began flaking at some point,
and I was thinking seriously about getting up. More so after
I realized the key to the handcuffs was in another room, which made me
wary how long would it take to remove my cuffs, which was the
priority. Fortunately the timer rang before I quit.

First I removed the remaining five clothepegs on my nipples which were
hurting the most. That took a bit with the handcuffs still tied. Then
I removed all pegs from the right side and penis, and lowered the blindfold.I
tried to get up, but my legs where numb and my hands where of no use
secured behind my back. It took me a minute or so and I was shaking
from the effort of being in the stress position. I appreciated
the marks that the clothepegs had left on my face and penis looking at
the mirror next to the corner. My torso was covered in saliva.
I removed the remaining pegs and went to the other room to get the
key. The doors were closed, but it wasn't a big deal. In the end could get free
rather easily.
