stick a pen with toothpaste on it up your butt. then put your clothes back on. leave it in there for 15 minutes. if it becomes too painful you may remove it. the only thing is you can't take clothes off. you must push the pen out using your butt muscles. if you have an accident then you must give yourself a wedgie and can't remove it for 10 minutes. good luck.
