This dare should be performed in Winter.
Take a shower, but no hot water, only cold. Get yourself all wet, then masturbate to orgasm. Once completed, lather yourself completely in soap then rinse. You can now turn the shower off.
For the weak ones - drip dry in the shower/bathroom
For the Strong ones - drip dry inside, then when 90% dry, go for a run outside (either in your back yard, around the house, or around the block) - naked of course.
(PS: Although we are extreme in these dares, please be careful... I don't want people suing me because they got frostbite because of this dare. make sure you warm yourself up afterwards)
