Walk around your house starting in a shirt pants and boxers. The first room you go into, take off your shirt, place it in the middle of the room and touch all the walls. Next room, take off your pants and do the same, next room repeat with boxers. All the rest of rooms must be done naked, then go backwards and repeat. When you finish you should have gone in every room twice and touched all the walls. Also, every window you come across while touching the wall do a quick turn in front of. Hope that's not too confusing!!
