I don't know really what I'd do in either case, except to say that in the second case I'd tell them that shit isn't going to fly and pry them off. A little bit of flattering attention would be sweet -- but after the first flush of "oh, why, I'm glad you like it, thank you," there are more serious considerations.

If they look quickly, such as in the locker room or something, it's probably unintentional, no harm. If I catch them staring, they're likely to get a good 'bitching/chewing out', or I'll just harass them publically. If another guy were to grab my package, I'll guarantee there to be a fight breaking out.

It doesn't bother me to have another guy check out my package. I don't try to show it off to them or make sure they notice it but I don't hide it. I'm talking in locker rooms and showers and such.
