Let's make getting in shape a bit more interesting.

What to do:
1. A 10 minute jog around the block
2. 100 push ups
3.100 sit ups
4. 150 squats
5. 200 jumping jacks
6. Choose from above, but do double the reps/time

How to do it:
1. With toothpaste/icy hot in the front of your underwear.
2. With toothpaste/icy hot up your anus
3. Commando
4. With a hot dog up your anus.
5. With an all around wedgie.
6. Choose 2 from the above.

Got 4 and 5.

Was pretty easy but it felt funny doing squats with a wedgie!
