I found this on another get dare but i am just going to try it. Hi my name is war990 and i am going to auction my self to be a web cam slave for an hour or less. But who ever has the highest bid (in fake money) will have for an hour. I do have some limits but i will tell the person who won. Sorry if this is in the wrong section or if you aren't allowed to do this. And the bidding starts now.

Not gunna bid, but want to say two things.

1- Great idea here!
2- But this is fake money, so people could go crazy with it, the first bid could be something like £3000000 etc, so maybe there could be a way around this problem?

Oh yeah sorry never thought of that so if you bid you can't make like stupid bidding so make how you would accutally bid. And if some really big number then i wont listen to it. But put it down as pounds or dollars just put down the number cause i dont know how to find the differecne between the two.

Another idea, to limit it better, is use the amount of posts you have.

So if a member bids and they have 40 posts, they can only post upto 40. Whereas I could bid upto 1010 points etc?

i dunno surely a reverse auction would work the best - so whoever bids the lowest without anyone else bidding the same wins.

May I suggest a time limit? Give chance for everyone to see this thread, so how about say the bidding ends at a certain time and the biggest bid wins?

No because it's lowest unique number, so set 0 as the lowest number, but if more than one person bids 0 then both of them are out.

Would have to be a closed acution though.

Another option would be for war990 to think of a 'price' then the closes bid to that wins. That way you don't get the silly numbers, or couple of people able to bid in the thousands, with everyone else at best being able to bid in the hundreds.

Well we could make it more organized. Different people put themselves up for auction on a main thread and everyone has a set amount of "Game Dollars" (oh the initials) which = their post number per month. Then we bid on different people. Also, have some kind of reward for putting yourself up for auction, like a set amount of dollars, 250 GD maybe?

should we mix it with the yahoo group? Strip naked or not and do a specific dare. Whoever wants it and in between the limits subscribes. People (hope of the opposite sex: should be a must) bets on the person they love to do it and the "winner" must post something proving his dare. Anything, probably just the items involved. Now to be hard: the person that won the victim should ask precisely about the photo content.

PS Not asking for posting photos here! I'm just helping the group with an idea.
