what a pen-flower is:
you take your pencil case and take all the pens you have, and you insert them into your pussy or ass, you insert a great number of these pens, like 14-15, and they look like a flower of pens.

from experience when inserting anything into your urethra you almost have to use lube(it is rough if you don't) and do not put more than one, and do not lose hold of the one in your urethra, it could get buried and cause injury, only insert about an inch or 2

I tried with a paintbrush (art type not wall lol) and that was easy...then tried with a papermate but it had too many sharp edges..I've tried one time with a much smoother pen I found but just can't get the girth or it into my poor dick!
