Hmm, of course this is depending on your location.
But twist your nipples in a semi-painful way , so you don't get to much pleasure, once you open a message. Hitting that delete button is the only way you will be able to stop :)

Well, let's modify my punishment a bit. Each day for the next week you have to do the spankings for whatever number is in your box at 9:00pm your time. Today you do the 256. But hopefully you will learn to answer and delete messages in a timely fashion ;)

put 1 elastic band per 10 or part of ten messages around your breasts, i work out that 256 messages = 26 bands so thats 13 around each breast, they can only be removed at a rate of 1 per 10 deleted messages.
