I am a slave. I have been using hotmail for a while. It had all my messages and contacts. I just started being a slave and via messenger I sent my Master some pics of my cock. A few days later I could not access my account because I had violated the terms of use/code of conduct.

.depicts nudity of any sort including full or partial human nudity or nudity in non-human forms such as cartoons, fantasy art or manga.

.incites, advocates, or expresses pornography, obscenity, vulgarity, profanity, hatred, bigotry, racism, or gratuitous violence.

Is there an email service that will not ban me from doing such things? Maybe Yahoo or Gmail or some other provider? What do other slaves use for online relationships?

Ive never had trouble with explicit pictures on hotmail before. Could it be that the accounts of either you or your master are underaged? ARE you actually underaged?

No, both he and his master (me) are 18+. I was shocked to find out they have live people looking at every pic sent privately between users. Creepy. I think the first lesson is to use a separate account as a precaution. And the second lesson is that they may be looking at your private mail.

Yes, I am 19. So regardless if you have used Nudity/Porn in your messages or chats, is there an email account that does not ban Nudity/Porn or any other activites that could limit an online slave/master relation in their terms of use/code of conduct etc. If there isn't one, then I will go with the one that the most people report as the one that they use for this sort of thing and have not had an issue.

This is the first I've heard of this problem... Do they seriously have people looking at EVERY picture?

Assuming that they indeed closed his account for explicit pictures, I don't see how they could accomplish it any other way. I suppose they could have some kind of software that scans e-mails/IMs for explicit language to narrow their search, but it seems like they would need a real person to verify the content of the pics. How else would they know he didn't send pics with his clothes on or something?

There is still a small possibility this is some kind of unrelated glitch or hack. But the timing coincides with our master/slave chats, and the notice he got about conduct contained the information he posted.

I suppose your right, but somehow the math doesn't make sense to me. I think most people have at least 2 or 3 accounts and if people had to moniter every single email account there would have to be thousands upon thousands of people employed 24/7 just to make sure the email account is following the guidelines....

Yes this is very true. They could automate part of it by scanning for certain types of conversations, or it could be the kind of thing where they can only do it randomly. Or it really could have been an unrelated problem that just happened at that time and made us paranoid since we've never done it before.

In any event, we know that some of them scan content and track your activity for marketing purposes. And their terms say:
"we may access or disclose information about you, including the content of your communications, in order to: (a) comply with the law or respond to lawful requests or legal process; (b) protect the rights or property of Microsoft or our customers, including the enforcement of our agreements or policies governing your use of the service; or (c) act on a good faith belief that such access or disclosure is necessary to protect the personal safety of Microsoft employees, customers, or the public."

Maybe they thought they were doing that? Either that or my slave just forgot his password and locked himself out. He has already proven to be a rather clumsy slave (kidding):p

It might've been a random account check and you just got unlucky. I say, try hotmail again, and if that fails, move onto something else.

It may come up that the only way you can really send photos without getting the Email Ban Hammer is through messengers, so be prepared for that.

I agree, gmail seems to be the way to go. I've also never had a problem with it.

Another option is to send them in a zipped folder instead of single one by one. I've had many a former submissive send me nude photos before to my hotmail in a zipped file then looked at them later at my leisure. So you may want to try that.

I have read the Google Terms of service and see nothing with the possible exception of
Section 8.3

For some of the Services, Google may provide tools to filter out explicit sexual content. These tools include the SafeSearch preference settings (see http://www.google.com/help/customize.html#safe). In addition, there are commercially available services and software to limit access to material that you may find objectionable.

You could try embedding the pics in another application eg Word and send that as an attachment rather than sending the pics directly as part of the email?

worrying though if there is such a high level of cencorship

Wow. I hadn't realised hotmail did this. I mean, I've reached some pretty... questionable material and never heard a word about it.
