Give me suggestions!

I am ready to own a slave. I've got some picked out, and I am ready to get my first human. There is just one problem: I have no idea what to do whith it! I will be getting a male 18-24 and will have a webcam relationship. I am new to being a master and need to know:
What work can I give it?
How often can punishments be given?
. When I have chosen a slave, I will add his likes/dislikes

You're very new so I think it would be best if you find out as much as you can before you get started. There is a lot more to all of this than you might think.
