Ways for me to take the Leisure out of Leisure time

Ok, i feel i have *way* too much free time on my hands.
So, what im looking for is long, degrading tasks to make me hate free time.

Im mainly after Cornertime, Enclosure (Im claustrophobic, so making me shut myself in a cupboard would be just mean. Which is kinda the idea), and extreme Verbal Abuse.

I dont want anything sexual, i get enough of that. This isnt a sex-fest for free time thing.
Just keep masturbation, insertion, edging, or anything like that out of it.
Nudity is a must have though.
