(Sorry to any admins, I couldn't decide where to post this, so I went to the lounge!)

Bonjour getdare! I've been gone for a while, due to some rather unfortunate circumstances which have severely limited my privacy. But! I am back :)

However, I have a problem... I can't seem to cum at all anymore, or even turn myself on. Why? I have no idea. It could be depression or stress, but other than that I have no explanation.

So I came to the one place where I knew I'd find an answer. After all, who better to ask than a community of twisted nymphos? (No offense, I love you guys, and I am one myself!)

What gets you off? Have you ever had this problem before, and if so what did you do to fix it? What might help me?

Thanks for taking time for me :)

I think the best way of raising the erm interest,, is to be naked around the house as much as possible, But obviously that works best if You live on Your own,
But i do find that a couple of naked days gets the mind racing,
Its probably the feeling of vulnerability, Especially if You delay closing the curtains as long as You dare during the evening,
Hope this helps with Your unfortunate predicament,

Hmm, try having someone be in control of your pleasure. Maybe if you're not *allowed* to play when you want to, itll make it much better when you are allowed to. Especially if that person teases you alot, makes you do things to get you turned on, but you're not allowed to touch yourself at all. It could be a bit frustrating but might work :p

I have had this problem before, and I think the problem is largely stress/depression related. When the body becomes stressed it suppresses non essential functions (sexual/reproductive system being one of them) this is likely to be why you are having difficulties. you just need to be patient and *try* not to make yourself more stressed by worrying about the stress stopping you getting off.

I would think simple stress is the cause of your anorgasmia. All sorts of things may contribute such as stress, anxiety, depression, fatigue, worry, etc.

If it is stress related, then worrying about it just fuels the stress and becomes counterproductive. As you mention stress and depression yourself, you obviously suspect that may be the cause. If you are suffering from reactive depression (or situational depression as it is known in the US) you may need some medication if it persists. Just something like a serotonin reuptake inhibitor for a short while, nothing serious. Although antidepressants can also sometimes cause anorgasmia.

I agree with Star Shadows, I've been depressed for 2 years, and my hornyness just totally left. I think it's just stress, and it'll be better when you're feeling more relaxed etc :)

It may also have something to do with hormones. If your cycle has been different from what you're used to then that might be it. I bearly ever get the urge to do anything of the sort except for a certain time during my cycle.

Others above also have valid points, with the exception of walking around naked working. I feel like that doesn't have any real medical standing xD

Thanks guys! My cycle has been pretty erratic due to stress and increase in exercise. I'm thinking its a combination of stress and hormones then :(

as for getting an interest, probably the most important thing to do is relax. Try reading stories on here, or other places and just see what interests you.

ETA: actually, why not try writing a story yourself?

However, I have a problem... I can't seem to cum at all anymore, or even turn myself on.May I ask for how long you have this problem now? Are we talking about days, weeks or months here?

As others have pointed out, it's usually stress (maybe paired with hormones) that kills your "appetite". Apart from that, your body can also get used to the lack of masturbation/pleasure - if you live without that desire for sexual stimulation long enough (for example because stress, depression or medication prevent you from getting "in the mood"), it could be hard to get your body to feel that desire again, even if the stress and other problems are sorted out (but don't worry, it takes a long time for this to happen and it's certainly not impossible to get your sex drive back, no matter what).

And as far as "fixing it" goes: You just have to relax and be patient :) The more you try to force yourself, the harder it will be (and the more stress you will create for yourself).
I (partly) agree with Ninjota here, allowing someone to guide you and giving control over certain aspects of your life to someone else could indeed help you with that problem - however, just concentrating on teasing or masturbation/orgasm control probably wouldn't work, the most important thing should be to give you a possibility to relax, to leave your stress and other problems behind and to be able to let yourself go again, then one can take it from there. That requires a lot of trust, time, effort and someone who knows what he (or she) is doing - but then it could work really well.

you could try getting off to something new, like if your used to a certain type of porno, switch brands, me for example, I like Hentai, so I watch a lot of videos with it, but there are a lot of good series with near-hentai, or ecchi, scenes in it, there's also a lot of manga, in fact it was a manga (Nana to Kaoru) that sparked my interest in S&M, I haven't found it in an anime yet, but I have seen a trailer for a live-action series for it, don't remember where. But back to the point, the same routine gets boring, try something new, something that you don't think is right, if you push yourself a little, it gets exciting, like my first time doing it in a room full of people without getting caught, that sorta thing, you could also have a friend that you trust a lot do it for you, very hard to do. and, not gana ignore the possibility of depression, since most the other replies were about it, you could face whats making you depressed and see if there's anything you an do about it, same with stress.

Maybe letting someone tease you would get you back to normal?
I'd be happy to oblige :)
