2 hours alone, in need of a good punishment

I procrastinated all my coursework yesterday and now i havent slept because of it, I need to be punished and will have 2 hours of alone time to do it with, i dont have any toys with me just household items, only limits are no pissing shitting blood cutting piercing illegal other then that i am willing to try almost anything else.

I feel like if you haven't slept you really shouldn't be on this site. You should be sleeping. So I believe a good punishment would be no getDare until you're all caught up and THEN go from there with the punishments.
