Here is one for you, but it takes a bit of time to prepare.

Things to get:
First, get one 500ml or 1litre plastic bottle with a pop-up nozzle.
Second, an nicely shaped ojbect to will you know where.
Now...

- make 3 cum ice cubes, it's going to take you a few days
- then, got for a #2 (don't force yourself)
