Help me plan a day of dares

I am looking to spend an entire day doing dares and i am looking for some ideas.

First of all i am a 26 year old male in the UK.

I will break the day down into my nornal routine and dares.

I need ideas for the following sections:


MEALS - what to eat, where, how etc.

Breakfast
Lunch
Dinner

GETTING READY - any special requirements

Shower
Brush teeth
Shave

DARES - i am think of doing 1 from each of the below catergories then 4 combination dares

Painful
Messy
Disgusting
Outdoors - in secluded woods or even public toilet

Painful and messy
Messy and disgusting
Disgusting and outdoors
Outdoors and painful

PUNISHMENTS - i will do 2 punishments one before dinner and one before bed

Before dinner
Before bed

MISC - other things to do

Enema
Bathroom use
Spanking
TV time
Underwear
Where to sleep

The only girls clothes i currently have is a bikini.

I have the following toy:

hi first thing of the day is to have a shave however you are to pee into your hand basin and use this as your shaving water. You are also to shave all your pubes off and shave your legs too. Then you may have a shower but you must wear a clothes peg on each nipple untill you finish drying yourself.
This should wake you up. Haha
