This is pretty easy, but can be kind of humiliating. Next time you're in a public bathroom, after using the toilet, you have to sit on the seat and wait for someone to use the stall next to you. When they are in, ask if they can "spare a square?" Whatever they give you is all you get to use to wipe yourself. Extra points if it's in the middle of a school/work-day.
While this dare was written for girls, it could be adapted to boys, but you'd have to walk around with scat in your pants, which doesn't seem like too much fun to me. Also, remember to use a seat cover, you never know who's ass was on those seats.:p
