There really isn't a good way to make a homemade one that works mainly due to you being ht person who is making it you should know how to take it apart.

This is a thread from someone who made one I am not sure how they did it or if it worked but you may want to contact him and ask for advice.

put a no lubricated condom on why you are erect then use medical tape to make it like a cast ... dont forget to make a hole in the end so you can pee

You can't make anything effective yourself that lasts any extended (more than a day?) length of time.

My advice would definitely be to look up the different devices available to you online and buy one of those.

im sure if you have the welding equiptment and the know how, you could make a chasity device but other than that buying one online is the best option, thier is a site called tickleberry that are giving £50 0ff if you send in a legittamate picture of a reciept showing that you have baught only condoms a cucumber and lube, thats a really good deal for a little bit of embarrassment
