You all are correct. You never know what diseases are in the cum itself. If i am correct, pee when it comes out of the body is pure meaning i dont know if there would be disease in that cause it went through the system. But the cum could have aids or etc. and the toliet with standing pee/cum is just a breeding ground for bacteria.
