Basically this is a dare i've done myself, and it's a lot of fun, embarassing enough, and just a tad uncomfortable, so it's pretty much my favorite.
Get 3 Ice cubes, and you have 2 options (entirely up to you)
option a: put one ice cube in your bra cup, and 1 in your panties (or whatever underwear you have). you must leave it there until it melts and you cannot change your clothes
option b: put one ice cube inside yourself (if you know what i mean)... :P and put your panties (or whatever underwear) back on. The ice will melt and come out, but also numb you pretty well
