I've been playing these rules recently, introducing people to them.
The basic rules of truth or dare are the same as any normal game, but there is something at risk.
You each get 3 lives, these are 3 chances to fail or skip a dare, any dare you fail to complete costs you 1 life. When you lose all 3 lives you become a slave for 7 days (although you can change the length). After this, keep playing, although you can choose if anyone else will become a slave after them, decide how many of the players will become slaves at the start.
After this point any more dares failed by a "slave" will add 1 day to their time as a slave. This includes dares failed in the game and whilst a slave.
This is a veriation I like to play because it adds something to lose into the game. I hope you like it
