OK so this is how it works :) you have to have a cell phone with texting to do it. The person that dares you, dares you to send a text with what ever they want :) I just recently did this dare where I had to as a guy on my texting list the size of his penis. EXAMPLES: send picture of a body part ;) ,tell them to text the ______ <-insert random number here) person on there list and ask them a question (like I did)
But heres the twist the dare-y can't tell the person he/she text why they ask that/send/???? :D
